The phantom layers inside this quartz are so distinct you can actually see the earlier crystal formation suspended in the clear part. Mine came from Brazil with barely a chip on it, and holding it up to light is honestly kind of mesmerizing.

I keep this one on my desk near a window and the clarity is honestly striking — you can see straight through to the amphibole phantom sitting inside like a little frozen cloud. The Brazil material feels denser than other quartz points I've handled, and the facets catch afternoon light beautifully.
