Oransje aventurin cabochon (India) - Oransje aventurin

The polish on this cabochon is so smooth it catches the light beautifully, and the orange tones are exactly what I wanted for my wire-wrapped pendant. It arrived quickly and has a nice weight to it, feels substantial in the hand. I've already used it in a ring and the color pops against silver.

The warm orange glow is even richer in person than in the photos, and the stone feels solid and smooth in my hand. I picked it up mainly for a wire-wrapping project, but honestly, it might just end up as the centerpiece of my collection instead.
