E-bog - Massage og Krystalenergi Af Chelsey Gilbert

The layout is clean and easy to follow, and the way it pairs specific massage strokes with corresponding crystal placements finally made the concept click for me. I've read a lot on energy work, but this is the first guide that felt genuinely practical for a home session.

Tried the massage sequences on my neck after a long week, and the way it ties each stroke to a specific crystal’s energy actually made me slow down and breathe deeper. The chapter on grounding stones alone felt worth the download.

The crystal pairing suggestions are laid out so clearly that I could easily follow along while giving a neck massage. The diagrams for pressure points combined with specific stones really helped me target tension areas I didn't know existed.
