Kalcit - Korálový kalcit třísky/kusy (Mexiko)

The warm peachy tones of these coral calcite chips look great scattered in a shallow dish on my windowsill. Each chunk is a decent size and feels smooth, though a few came with a bit of powdery dust that washed off easily.

I've been using these chunks in a small glass dish on my desk and the texture feels surprisingly smooth, almost like sea glass. The earthy coral color is more muted than the photos, which I actually prefer for a natural collection.

The warm peachy-orange tones are even prettier in person than I expected, and each chunk has its own little natural texture. I've got a handful sitting in a wooden bowl on my desk and they catch the afternoon light beautifully.
